Now connect your LED your components as shown in circuit diagram above . Anode pin of LED is connected to pin 13 and cathod is connected to ground through a 220 ohm resistor .now open your Arduino IDE and write code as shown in below .
verify this code and upload it to your arduino board . Now it start blinking as shown in above image .thats it for blinky .
