Breadboard is basically a board that is used to experiment electronics project without fix connection.
You need jumper wire and some component to make a prototype and demo of the circuit . Originally it was literally a bread board, which means piece of wood which is used to slice bread.
In the 1970s the solderless breadboard became available and nowadays the term "breadboard" is commonly used to refer to these boards .
How to use bread board ?
To use bread board to your electronics circuit you need jumper wires ( you can make jumper wire by simply cutting the wire so that it can connect and pass current from one point to another.
Since positive and negative voltage source are used frequently these VCC(+) and GND( -) are connect one side and internally all pin are short circuited in VCC as well as ground but VCC and GND pin do not connect together .
all point of each row are short circuited refering figure of bread board above hole of line 1 (a,b,c,d,e points ) are internally connected so that in one row we can make different connection similarly all holes in line 2 are also connected and so on . and this make easy connection for your circuit prototype 🙂 . For example to connect component between 1(a) and 30(j) hole just insert above jumper wire between these pin , simple connect and in that row another component can be connected .
